Thought that I misplaced my phone on bench while getting tip. Went back and it was my mistake, phone had fallen under passenger mat. Everyone there was rude. Very rude! Done!!
Nice gentlemen in the front, but people who wash cars are lazy and lack general customer service skills. Will make the drive to Morristown for a decent wash.
For 200$ I could have done the same cleaning job they did.. just vacuum the car a polish and air freshener. For a while I've been wondering why my car smelled and I just recently found out wen they tried cleaning my carpet they soaked it! And didn't get all the water out. plus they scratched my mirrors and didn't even clean the liner on the ceiling which was the dirtiest part of the car..
I paid $32 to get their No. 1 Spa Package. Turns out they didn't clean the inside of any of my windows, didn't clean the cup holder or console which I specifically asked for and did a terrible job in vacuuming the front drivers side. What a rip off!! I won't be back!!
